20 AUG 2018 ~ thankfully not all of Placer County has or will be developed. There are still some interesting Nature Photo Op's in and around Newcastle, Loomis and Rocklin. The best time to venture out is just after Sunrise, when the critters are waking up and the Foliage is fresh from a cool night, even in the Summer months. Early Autumn is of course the perfect time, temperature wise, but any season has its treasures to be found and Photographed.
