15 AUG 2019 ~ going to attend the Rose Ceremony at my Munchkins School !! Ava, as an Eight Grader will present an incoming First Grader with a white rose !! It is a very special day for the newbies and the last class of 2020 !!
Yes, it was a big day for Ava and all the kids were excited to be back in school. Mama bought them some really cool shoes, ones they really wanted. They got a couple of new outfits also, with more to come when the budget allows. The schools in the Sac Area all seem to have the same schedule. The schools here in Rocklin went back on the 15th also. The ceremony was a bit tearful for some Moms, Rachel was one of them. Very sweet and touching to see Ava giving a new 1st grader a rose and then walk hand in hand back their seat. We saw photo of Ava when she was in 1st grade, with her rose and an eighth grader walking with her. So Cute !!! Niwi
I'm sure it was a big Day, and probably very moving ! Awesome set sweetie, so gorgeous !
Hope Ava is happy to go back to school for hey 8th grader.
I can't realize this is it already ! The countdown has started here for me too ;-)
