22 JUL 2019 ~ Mid-Town Farmers Market every Wednesday is open to the public from 6am - 9am !! Get the best and freshest fruits and vegetables early !! Since Sacramento is the Farm to Fork Capitol, the local restaurants get first pick from 5am - 6am and most have a standing order from the various local Farmers !! Fresh is Best !!!

Incogneato ~ This is a big deal here in Sac with some very popular and upscale restaurants that have seasonal menus. In the winter there will not be tomato's on the menu, etc.. The Grange (Rachel's Client) is one of many restaurants that create their menu's around the seasons. =D

Sensational! Farm to Fork ... I like that! We have a little local coop going on, we drop off the abundant fruit we have and other people leave veggies and stuff that we can take. I cannot resist delicious fresh fruit and produce!
