Fantastic set!!! I did not know that Europe is the fastest warming area on earth. I do hope people will care enough to do whatever they can to slow it down.
Huge Congratulations on your set of the day1!
Reducing plastic will be very difficult because most food is packaged in it, and the problem also lies with many producers, e.g. electronics, who deliberately age the goods they produce so that customers use them for as short a time as possible and buy new ones. It's just that everything breaks down quickly, washing machines, dishwashers, etc. And although I try to do as little damage to our planet as possible, it's not enough to be good, unfortunately.
congratulations
Gaja11 thank you and yes we should do it even if it is difficult. This planet is our personal home after all. Luckily a lot of good is being done already it is just too fragmented and moving at the speed of a train ready for scrap instead of highspeed as it should be
Renita well let's both keep thinking about it. In the meantime reducing plastic is an excellent start. I found find it used where it has no place of being to begin with.
Almadiana I know, it is a near impossible question. If your husband is anything like my father (he is specialized mostly in tree and forest management) he is not going to be optimistic I know that. For now I just want us to make a proper go at saving our planet instead of just pretending and coming up with excuses to spend money on going to Mars instead.
We can't afford pessimism though. Even if it is tempting.
