When I am adding a new item, it doesn't always download properly. Sometimes the corner is broken away. Could someone tell me how to overcome this problem ?
Ahh...you're right! I just tried it. Wow, a lot easier than downloading, trimming in Photoshop and downloading to TrendMe. Thanks, this is awesome! :) 5 years ago
Thank you so much for your reply. I have since found that if I cut the background to zero and untick the box, then tick the bottom two boxes, my items come through complete.
I don't really understand how this works, but I experimented and found there were no broken edges. It seems to have worked each time since - so fingers crossed it continues!
Hi. I've had this issue as well sometimes. Some photos have enhanced backgrounds that you cannot see or editing done to the photo to enhance, these enhancements don't always come through on a download. I have photo editing software and can fix them usually there and then download to TrendMe. Noralyn 5 years ago
