I am so terribly saddened by the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. She was a champion of all women and of the United States Constitution. Her last words should be honored....let the next president choose her replacement.
Kate O My son has two of my grands and I would miss them terribly. My daughter and granddaughter live just down the street so I wouldn't move without them. Sadly, I don't know of another country that will even take us at this point.
Most definitely need to Vote Blue !! I thought about leaving also !! I have friends in Australia that would sponsor me, as well as, Canada !! Could only move if Family would also. I don't think I could leave my daughter and Munchkins, plus their Father would fight the move !! Unfortunately he has joined the dark side !!
Everything I have worked for and believe in is in jeopardy and I too am frightened for the future, mine, my Munchkins and all the sane Americans !!
I'd like to take the 40% and Rethug administration and stick them on a slow boat to nowhere !! #45 I want incarcerated along with his cronies and family !!

Kate O We are in such a sad and scary time in our country. I don't know what our future holds. I know that my son and daughter-in-law are planning a move to Ireland if we have four more years of this destruction. My husband and I don't know what we'll do I just know that I am frightened for our future. These are unprecedented times and those of us who recognize it must stick together and vote Blue!
Sweetie, my first thought when I heard the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsberg was we Women are in jeopardy of losing everything that she stood and fought for !! It's with a heavy heart that I feel the current administration will fast track another " bought and paid for " judge !! There is no honor among thieves or the Republican party !!
I am not sure I can survive another 4 years of all the lies, deceit, racism, pure hatred and evil, etc., coming from Washington !!
I won't hold my breath that Collins & Murkowski will do the honorable thing, both have caved before. It would restore a little faith in them as women if they did follow through.

(We share your sadness for the passing of Ruth Bader Ginsburg and we agree with every word you say about her admirable work and replacement at the Supreme Court. However, it is a safe bet that the Republicans will manage to appoint a conservative judge to replace her on the Supreme Court before November 3 even if the Darth Vader of that party, and others, said and did quite the opposite in 2016. Outrageous, shocking, shameful ... But it was really good to hear today that a second Republican senator, Lisa Murkowski, would not vote to appoint a judge to the Supreme Court of the United States before the presidential election on November 3. Good luck with the future in your country, dear Renita .)
