22 MAY 2019 ~ Memorial Day Weekend begins our official vacation season. That didn't mean much when I was a kid because we lived in the mountains & had free access to prime camping, fishing & hiking all summer long. Now, it takes a reservation a year in advance to get a decent camp spot & then there is no guarantee that your camp neighbors will be quiet and respectful. Factor in, barking dogs, loud unruly kids, the guys who came to party & the couple who came to fight !! Happy Camping !!
