There are two ways to wish "good luck" in France. One is the same as yours, for some reason. The other one is more ironic, meaning that it will be far from easy and that you think the person you are talking to will fail...

As you know, January is rather some kind of relief for me, and someone told me that writing "Good Luck" on my greetings cards for 2020 was not a good idea ! hehehe ! :D
So you can imagine how I love your comment here and how I agree with you, this is so true.
Let's see how challanges are taken not only for ourselves, and hope next end of year we'll be able to list many improvements ;-)
