I think it is great that Companies allow their employees to choose their mode of dressing !! When I was a Priority Business Rep., my hours were 8-4:30p. I always came in early to make coffee, check the days schedule etc.. More often than not I would encounter employees that worked nights in Directory Assistance wearing PJ's leaving work. At first it shocked me, but, I figured if At&t let them dress that way who was I to judge !!

Luc's father went dressed the very first day of work. It was 40 years ago... then never ever after : always jeans and t-shirt too, though he is working into a big bank (no plublic contact either) ;-)
Hugs Vero !! I knew a fella who I worked with that all he ever wore was jeans and a T-shirt to work (no public contact) !! One day he came to work in nice dress slacks and a shirt and blew everyone away !! He told us that he had finally finished college and was going on a job interview after work. He quit a few weeks later !! Got a management position in Texas as a Graphic Design Engineer. He sent the office a Thank You card and pictures of his office and he was still wearing jeans and a T-shirt !! Said the company was low-key when it came to work clothing !! That made me laugh !!
