Thank you all so very much for your heartfelt messages! Lucky for me and my family, my mom is still with us and is recovering from the pneumonia that we thought would kill her. She will live the rest of her life in the nursing home but it is for the best since she can't totally take care of herself anymore. I had a good visit with her today after my doctor's appointment.
