"I dare you! I double dare you!" This is what the woman is saying. Why, I'm not sure because her outfit is fantastic! No, maybe she's giving someone a "come hither" look. I don't know. What I do know is that this set sure caught my eye and kept it. I love the outfit and I really love this set. As PV peewee said, "super stylish."
