O Kate We've had tea at the Empress too, wonderful experience. My Sister is crazy into tea. We did not get to Debbie Macomber's place and we won't now that she is out of it. Would have been fun when she was there. Have a fabulous day Sweetie!! XXO
My first experience with "High Tea" was at the Empress Hotel on Vancouver Island, B.C. when I was just 16 and it was wonderful !! The last time I had High Tea was at the the Victorian Rose Tea House in Port Orchard associated with Debbie Macomber the author. I believe she is no longer associated with it and it is under new Management & new name. Anyway, Your Lovely Set had me remembering past Tea Time experiences. Never had the time for Tea when in England. No one but me wanted to take the time so we just went sight seeing !! =)
