Michelle858 Sounds fun ... at least back then they had a certain decorum. I didn’t watch TV for decades, only in the last few years began streaming shows. I heard the main events ... enough for me. Must have been a blast for you and your friends!
Incogneato You know, I never watch the Oscars. I was at the 57th Annual Academy Awards and the production behind the scenes is most grand. My friends and I worked as hostesses in the lobby and got to go in and watch the production, but I never watched them on TV ever since. The clothes are usually fabulous, though. The late Jack Lemmon was host that year and it was the year that Sally Field won and said, "You like me. You really like me." Very exciting for me as a younger person being there, though.
