05 APR 2020 ~ For the upper crust the 30's & 40's was a time of Decadence, Luxury and Overindulgence. Old Hollywood in California was partially to blame, but, the Vanderbilts, Rockefellers & Astors of that day & age really brought home the Class Difference. Nothing has changed, they just have a different moniker, the 1 & 2 percenters.
