21 MAR 2019 ~ Soft Spring Blues, always a favorite of mine !! This lovely Blouse can be paired with off white pants, a classic pleated skirt, a long flowing skirt or white shorts to transition into Summer. It still gets cool in the evening, thus the coat !!
