It is a vintage, antique, Victorian bar pin brooch with a heart pendant with a keyhole. The pin is ornate, a bar with two triangular shaped ornaments on each end, the middle looks like a leaf. The bar portion of th epin has indented lines. The top has a fancy scrollwork top. There is a small heart pendant hanging from the middle, with a keyhole. implying a locked heart. The back has a very early C"" clasp with a beefed up closure.
The pin is about 1 1/4" long. I am not a jeweler, just a long-time collector, so I am calling this gold-tone. The heart is about 3/8" wide and tall. It is a lovely pin to wear or collect.
