Bad news. The day my Mom came which was this past Wednesday Joy had a weary look.. she needed to be rechecked anyway so my husband took her on Thursday to be checked and her count went down from 30 to 24. So they said she has an auto immune disorder where her body is fitting off red blood cells. She has been on prednisone and the vet said she will be on it forever and sooner or later the medicine will not work and she will pass. I'm going to enjoy everyday with her. xxxx
