Doozer The reason that I am reluctant to deem something BOHO is because what people deem BOHO to me, is just a sort of seventies influence in clothing. BOHO, true BOHO would look very different to me because I think of BOHO as being artists in a Parisian cafe which would be much more sophisticated than what is said to be BOHO today. Granted, I don't set the definitions, LOL, but BOHO is just one style that confuses me. I did coin a style back on Polyvore, however, called Modern Beat. It is taking the Beatnik style of the late fifties and using modern clothes to come close to that style. I know I had peasant dresses and peasant blouses in the late 60's and in the 70's, too. a
Super cute Sweetie. This is kind of BOHO - short for bohemian: means free spirit and simplicity, sharing some characteristics of gypsy and hippie. You're right about it being 70's it was very popular in the late 60's early 70's. My personal style still. XXO
