16 FEB 2021 ~ After a colorful, sparkly and romantic long weekend it's time to get down to the business of making sure Good Old Earth is still here this time next year !!
Niwi ~ when I look at the whole picture, what I do isn't much, but, I can sleep at night knowing I have not added to the abuse ! I haven't a clue what the public schools are doing in regards to teaching their students about the dangerous path we are on, but, my Munchkins school is very involved with protecting our Earth and helping to undo the damages in their small way.

This is so true Kate, I know. This is a fight I took in the 90ies when I joined as a volonteer for the Rights of the Future Generations. But I'm not optimistic, damages are too deep and too many, we are poisoning Earth and poison will remain dangerous thousands years after Human Kind has gone.
So let's act as our conscious tells us to act, and enjoy every little minute of this life, even if it's not perfect, because future generations will not be so lucky...

Thanks Vero !! I have been watching Documentaries on what is happening to and what we are doing to Good Old Earth !! The programs the world has in place to restore or stop the damages is an excellent start, but, it isn't enough !! Our fight to restore and reverse the damages needs to be priority and definitely on an ongoing daily basis !!
It makes me sad to see all the self-centered, egotistical, entitled people using and abusing our planet with no regard for future generations. They would be the first to moan and groan about losing whatever they are using and abusing !! Anyway , Thanks again !! xoxo Niwi
