Fresh and organic restaurants are only begining to show up in France, especially in Paris and other big cities. Here around we have only one little restaurent "creperie" by the organic store who serves a many organic plates. Not that expensive compare to others, and really good and tasty

@Niwi ~ Rachel has certainly benefitted from the Farm to Fork program !! Since Sac is surrounded with agriculture, fresh fruits & produce are available year round, more and more restaurants are signing on to go Fresh & Organic !! The restaurant business is fickle, so many fail because of the fierce competition between the more upscale restaurants. Fast Food & Chain restaurants like Chili's, Red Lobster, IHOP etc... are solid, but only if the economy is good !! People tend to forgo eating out when money is tight !! Right now it's doing okay !! Yeah for Rachel !!

This is great Sweetie!! I went to our local produce stand yesterday, everything is grown here and it's all so fresh and beautiful, the only bad thing is that I buy too much 'cause it all looks so good!! Have a fabulous day!! Hugs
