The reason that I am reluctant to deem something BOHO is because what people deem BOHO to me, is just a sort of seventies influence in clothing. BOHO, true BOHO would look very different to me because I think of BOHO as being artists in a Parisian cafe which would be much more sophisticated than what is said to be BOHO today. Granted, I don't set the definitions, LOL, but BOHO is just one style that confuses me. I did coin a style back on Polyvore, however, called Modern Beat. It is taking the Beatnik style of the late fifties and using modern clothes to come close to that style. I know I had peasant dresses and peasant blouses in the late 60's and in the 70's, too. a
