11 AUG 2018 ~ It didn't cool down last night !! My A/C came on at 6am !! Hoping I can stay cool with my Iced Tea and this Outfit !!

Niwi ~ Thanks Sweetie !! Yes, Sunday was cooler !! On Saturday, for my belated birthday celebration Rachel took me to Carpe Vino Wine Bar & Restaurant in Auburn, CA. This Restaurant is one of her Clients and the Owner/Chef prepared a sampling of the menu just for us !! I have never had such a Fabulous meal !! Every one of the dishes was Heavenly !! There was not one dish I didn't Love !! All of them were created with Fresh ingredients and paired with the appropriate Wine, even the desserts !! I met the Owner/Chef Eric Alexander and of course Thanked him profusely for the Incredible evening of Fine Dining !!
Rachel and I had a really wonderful time laughing, reminiscing and of course talking about the Munchkins. It was a Perfect Birthday Celebration !!
