25 MAR 2021 ~ Roses & RickRack !! I can remember my Mom sewing Spring Dresses & Tops decorated with RickRack, flowers, polka dots, stripes, gingham & plaids. I was the best dressed girl on the block !!
This D&G dress brings back wonderful memories !! Of my Mom & of the Fashion in the early 50's.

Niwi ~ It was popular here in the 50's & my Mom would trim tops, shorts & dresses. I am not sure how she found the time to make clothing for 4 kids and keep the household running !! Super Mom I think !! ;-)
