The site takes a fair bit of looking around to find things. I still have trouble finding my new sets but they are there. Most of it is fairly easy once you do figure it out so don't give up hope - there are tons of items in Graphic Effects that we have added and you can add items to your favourites by clicking on them at the side of a set and favouring them. Then you find them in Favourites when you are making a set. I agree it is harder than Poly but they are open to working with us so maybe it will be better in the future.
