1. Wear braided hair when sleeping. Keeps hair tightly bonded to prevent tangles or knots
2. Condition ends by weshing a bit with warm water and using treatment before going to bed
3. Use fine toothed comb to carefully remove and knots in hair
4. Wearing a har cap to sleep is nice to keep hair from straying loose and tangling
5. Put hair up in bun or space buns for seldom hair stresses
6. Trim split ends on a regular basis or as soon as you see one
