The PV Artists & Designers Facebook Group where I am an Administrators has a theme this week called Romantic Dresses! It's a Great Theme but not one that I am a huge fan of since I love to make more Edgy, Modern, and Contemporary Sets! However I am always up for a challenge and I found this Lovely Yellow Romantic Dress by Zimmerman that looks so Fresh & Modern and so Romantic! It's perfect for Valentines Day and for the Spring too!
