The rotation tool is very hard to use. But more than that I wish I could edit all previously posted sets. I finally found the missing item I was looking for today and it looked perfect but it would not let me save it, not even as a new set :(
And yeah, as for the editor/dressing room, the main thing I'm lacking is a cropping/cutting tool. I used that tool all the time on Polyvore, even for fashion sets. Doll-making, be it fashion or art dolls, is pretty much impossible without the cutting tool. I also find the rotation tool really glitchy and hard to use, and sometimes associated with glitches in the graphics of the finished set too, so improvements in functionality there would be very much appreciated.
As for the site overall, I'm missing groups and contests the most. To be able to tag people would also be nice but not a must have for me.
Yes Zaplily! TrendMe is really good about responding to email and very much want us to relocate here. I am already seeing changes in just the last few days that are making this easier for me to use.
Actually, there are two ways of following new sets:
1) You can do it on 'Friends New' link(s):

We plan to put some filters on 'User feed' so you can filter only sets/items/user changes.
2) Or under 'New sets' https://prnt.sc/j3mpw4 for all the sets on trendMe

This is a wonderful Set! And I agree with all of your suggestions. Two of the biggest things I miss is the ability to crop images/items, and having a feed of all the latest creations by the people that I'm friends with. It's rather time consuming to go to all the pages of my friends in order to keep up with all the sets they've created. Having a feed makes this process much simpler.
1) ability to tag people in a comment
2) a cutting tool that allows parts of an image to be selected and cut for use
3) ability to insert custom text into an image (fonts, keyboard interface) - not just canned text objects
4) groups to join, ability for groups to hold contests
5) polyvore had a cool way of removing the background of images that were not necessarily tube or psd transparent images. This often resulted in very interesting layering possibilities.
6) ability to select whether you are posting an art set or a fashion set
Now, some of these things may already be possible, but if so I haven't found how. And there may be other things "missing" - having created only one set so far, I haven't really explored it thoroughly.
I know that your purpose is fashion, however I never used Polyvore for fashion or home design - strictly for collage art and community connection with other artists. Given that this is not your focus, I appreciate your willingness to even consider the wish list of the art community. Thank you.
