“She’s gonna stay tiny forever and we’ll never get older.” Tigerlily rested her head on his shoulder and looked at the little baby. “Although im excited for her to start having a personality. And the toddler clothes are somehow even cuter.”
"I was going to say I can't wait to drive boys away and scare them but I can wait. I can definitely wait. She's going to stay little forever or I might cry," he grinned and looked down at the baby who was just happily nestled in his arms. "That just means there's more cookies for me in the long run so that's okay."
“He’s definitely going to be a momma’s boy but I’m not complaining. It’ll probably drive Elle to be a daddy’s girl so don’t even worry about it.” Tigerlily laughed, “This is why I keep my baking abilities a secret. People use me for them.” Tigerlily teased.
"I can already tell he's going to be such a momma's boy when he grows up. I don't know how we're going to handle it," he laughed, nodding in agreement. "Oh I know. I think your chocolate chip cookies are what solidified my love for you. They may be the reason I asked you to marry me."
“I think he’s too small to come down the way he came up, which is adorable and I don’t want that to go away anytime soon.” Tigerlily laughed, watching Oliver. “My parents owned a bakery, darling, you know this. I can at least make a killer dessert.”
"There's a third option where he realizes he can climb down just like he climbed up but I'm not counting on that happening anytime soon. I wouldn't be surprised if he jumped to be honest," he shrugged, looking over at Oliver who was already scrambling back up the jungle gym. "I'll call them when we get back to the house. Just make sure you order dessert too."
"I know but then he either cries to be taken down or tries to jump." Tigerlily laughed, running her hand over Elle's little baby hair. She was hoping things could get back to normal after Em got angry at Jonathan over the summer. "That would be nice, I'll hire a chef and then pretend it was me who cooked."
"That's very reassuring. I'm still slightly terrified though. He's going to climb all the way up again in a few minutes because boys never learn their lesson," he laughed, taking Elle from her with a smile. "I can invite them over for dinner. It's been a few months since we've had a full house."
“I wouldnt be too concerned. I like having you around, you know.” Tiger handed Elle to Em, getting up to rescue Oliver when he realized he’d gotten too high up. She carried him back down and set him down, walking back over to Em. “We haven’t seen your brothers in a while, speaking of families big enough for Quidditch teams.”
"If I ever wind up missing, no one is going to suspect my sweet and innocent wife. Little do they know she's actively threatening to murder me and not leave a trace. It's always the quiet once," he teased, rolling his eyes jokingly. "I'll get started on an anti-aging potion right away. Can't let you down."
“You should be very worried.” Tigerlily teased, watching Oliver when he decided to climb the jungle gym. “You’re not allowed to get old, didn’t you know?”
“You should be very worried.” Tigerlily teased, watching Oliver when he decided to climb the jungle gym. “You’re not allowed to get old, didn’t you know?”
"That's terrifying but also oddly attractive and I don't really know how to feel about it. Should I be worried you're going to murder me one day?" he grinned and shook his head. "You mean when I'm old and out of shape so I live vicariously through my players?"
"Darling if I decided to murder you, I wouldn't get caught." Tiger grinned adjusting Elle on her lap and snuggling closer to him. "You can still own a Quidditch team, One day when all of your hard work pays off and you're one of those people who has so much money that it doesn't mean anything, you can own whatever Quidditch team you'd like."
